Proof images from our session together. I wasn’t sure as to what kind of crop you wanted for the head shots so I kept it loose in case you wanted to square crop these images for web placement.
For the PHO Facebook page I would recommend a consistent background color throughout all the images for continuity sake.

For personal Faceboook and personal LinkedIn I would recommend this design being as the thumbnails in both platforms can be quite small. Of course when they click on the image they will at least see a 300×300 image. I matched everyone to the color outfit they were wearing.
